Somerset Hardwood Flooring Welcomes New CEO
Adam McCombs has been hired as CEO of Somerset Hardwood Flooring, effective June 1, replacing Paul Stringer who will retire later this year and will aid in the leadership transition.
McCombs joins Somerset from Vantaca, the leading software provider for the community association management industry, where he served as chief product officer for just over two years. Previous to that, he was chief product officer at Linq, a leading K-12 education business solutions provider, and property management software provider Livly, which he co-founded in 2017.

McCombs is an experienced manager who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, customer centricity and organizational development in all positions he’s held, says Somerset. He will lead the operational and strategic development of the floor company’s North American business.
With McCombs’ hiring, Dan Natkin, CEO and managing director for Boen Hardwood Flooring and sales leader for Somerset, has been appointed chief commercial officer for North America, leading the sales, marketing and customer service for both North American entities.
Somerset is part of the Bauwerk Group, which is also the parent company of Bauwerk Parkett and Boen.
