Slip-resistant Safety Floor Surface

AssurGrip Rx from Ecosurfaces is crafted for commercial spaces, particularly healthcare and senior living environments, where safety, ergonomic support, comfort and hygienic conditions are paramount.

Engineered with a slip-resistant safety floor surface layer that is fusion bonded to a five millimetre vulcanized composition rubber base layer, the performance surface is especially ideal for wet areas, locker rooms and bathrooms.

The product features Ecore’s patented itsTru technology, a proprietary manufacturing process that starts with rubber that is diverted from landfills and incineration. The rubber is then upcycled into vulcanized composition rubber (VCR) using a pressurized process that fusion bonds the VCR to virtually any flooring surface.

This technology develops and captures energy so flooring surfaces can absorb force while returning usable energy back to the body and eliminates the need for an underlayment. The surface’s VCR backing provides a force reduction of 11.9 per cent and energy restitution of 66.6 per cent.

AssurGrip Rx is available in six colours. It is maintenance-friendly and also hygienic due to its heat-welded installation.
