Shaw Welcomes New VP to Residential Division
Nina LoCicero has joined Shaw Industries’ residential division as vice-president of marketing and digital commerce.
In this role, LoCicero will direct and oversee all aspects of the company’s residential marketing, with an emphasis on digital strategies focused on customers, consumers and other end-users.
“As more consumers begin their flooring purchase journey online, it is imperative that Shaw’s residential brands have a robust and fully integrated strategy for digital marketing and e-commerce,” says Scott Sandlin, executive vice-president of Shaw’s residential business. “Future-focused and customer-centric branding is critical to continued growth for Shaw and our business partners.”
LoCicero brings more than 25 years of marketing experience to Shaw, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Her career has spanned several industries and business models, including business to consumer and business to business. Most recently, LoCicero was executive director of marketing and digital strategy at Johnson Controls where she led a cross-functional team in executing transformative marketing strategies that exceeded targets and delivered consistent growth.
“Nina has proven her ability to effectively leverage innovation, set strategic direction and build strong teams to drive key business metrics,” says Sandlin. “I’m thrilled to have her join the team.”
