NWFA announces 2017 training schedule

The National Hardwood Flooring Association of Chesterfield, Mo., has opened registration for its hands-on training courses throughout 2017.

There will be two Canadian stops in Vancouver, B.C. — August 22-24 for Intermediate Installation and November 14-16 for Intermediate Sand & Finish.

Intermediate Installation provides a three-day training program geared to sharpen installation skills, including job site evaluation and preparation, installation techniques, safety and flooring repairs.

The three-day Intermediate Sand & Finish training event  provides extensive hands-on training for sanding and finishing wood floors at an intermediate level. Learn how to properly sand various species, correctly use and maintain tools, repair and recoat existing floors, and select finishing techniques that will yield top-quality results.

NWFACP Certified Installer testing is available in conjunction with the course.
