New Patch and Skim Coating Compound

Mapei’s Planiprep PSC is a fast-drying, cement-based, fibre-reinforced, high-polymer-modified patch and skim coating compound that’s designed for preparing concrete and wood substrates for flooring installation.

The company says it’s easy to mix, is moisture-resistant, dries quickly and is suitable for a variety of substrates, including radiant heat systems.

It can also be used on high moisture content concrete slabs up to 15 pounds in weight and with a moisture vapour emission rate of 99 per cent relative humidity.
