Kährs Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer

Kährs has hired Sara Olofsson to head its commercial business segment.

As chief commercial officer, her role also includes overseeing sub-segments healthcare, education, office, hospitality and shop fitting into retail stores.

“Sara’s experience in project business and her modern leadership skills will ensure that we’ll get the right focus on our commercial business in the Nordics and take our healthcare and education niche to the next level,” says president and CEO Johan Magnusson.

Olofsson comes to Kährs from Hilti in Sweden, where she has worked for nearly nine years, most recently as service and software manager. She has previous experience in senior sales and marketing and sustainability at Hilti and from agricultural cooperative Lantmännen.

Olofsson succeeds Andreas Berge who decided to leave Kährs after more than 12 years of service in various roles to move to another company.

She will join Kährs Nov. 1.
