Additive Enhances Grout Performance

Stonetech GroutUp additive by Laticrete helps mitigate cement-based grout from staining, becoming dirty with everyday usage and being prone to high-reproducing, odour-causing bacteria, mould and mildew, all of which can lead to product degradation.

Replacing the water content required in mixing and preparing a grout for installation, the product was engineered with fluoro-sealer and Microban antimicrobial technology. This prevents the growth of bacteria by up to 99 per cent, as well as repels water- and oil-based stains.

Additionally, Stonetch GroutUp helps maintain the grout’s colour consistency. And because the product is water-based, it reduces environmental pollutants and solvents.
