Gerflor Adopts Unilin Technologies’ Quality Control System

Gerflor has signed a licensing agreement to use Unilin Technologies’ patented ClickControl in its production process.

ClickControl is an intelligent technology for flooring that automatically measures and verifies the precision of milled click profiles in floorboards, enabling manufacturers to maintain consistent product quality throughout production.

Measurements are performed without damaging the floorboard, unlike traditional quality control methods that can require manufacturers to cut samples for inspection.

The technology also provides operators with clear, actionable feedback on how to adjust the milling line, helping optimize profiling settings.
