Flooring from salvaged nets

Interface’s new Reclaim carpet tiles are somewhat of a catch of the day. They are made from 100 per cent recycled content fibre and salvaged fishing nets. Reclaim tiles create a worn, weathered wood appearance but make rooms look modern, warm and inviting, Interface says. The carpet tiles are 25 centimetres by one metre, and come in eight colourways. Styles and colours can be combined for a variety of room designs. Interface says introducing Reclaim is part of the company’s mission to make sure all its products are 100 per cent environmentally friendly by 2020.
