Distrikt Breaks Ground on Oakville Residences

Distrikt and Fiera Real Estate have broken ground on the Trailside and Trailside 2.0 developments in Oakville, Ont., beginning construction on a new master-planned community.

The community offers a range of offerings in two midrise condo buildings plus several blocks of two-storey townhomes, designed by Toronto-based Kirkor Architects and Planners.

The projects are more than 80 per cent pre-sold.

Between both buildings, Distrikt Trailside offers a total of 700 residences and townhomes.

All units come with standard nine to 10-foot ceilings. Each building offers more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Residents will have a fitness studio and private terraces equipped for outdoor cooking. On the ground floor, spaces for cafés, galleries and work-live studios will be integrated.
