Currency exchange raises Armstrong prices

Armstrong World Industries of Lancaster, Pa., will initiate a price increase in Canada effective April 1 for select products, including Armstrong and Bruce hardwood flooring brands.

The total breadth of the price increase will impact residential sheet, residential laminate, tile, installation and maintenance products, as well as samples.

The price adjustment is said to be necessary because of the sustained level of the currency exchange rate.
