CFI Announces Strategic Alliance with Mohawk
Certified Flooring Installers (CFI) has named flooring manufacturer Mohawk Industries as its exclusive executive strategic partner.
Announced at The International Surface Event (TISE), the new alliance is designed to enhance installer education, expand technical resources and promote installation excellence across the flooring industry.
“Mohawk’s partnership with CFI is a powerful example of manufacturer leadership in supporting the flooring installers who determine the quality of every finished job,” says Scott Humphrey, CEO of the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA). “By investing in those installers, Mohawk is helping ensure product performance translates directly into customer confidence and industry credibility.”
This collaboration builds on an already established relationship. Mohawk brings valuable innovation in installation solutions through its diverse product lines, particularly Mohawk Performance Accessories, which is engineered to enhance flooring performance and ensure long-term success. Mohawk has also been a consistent advocate of installer advancement, including involvement in the TISE National Installer of the Year competition and participation in CFI’s expanded annual convention, which attracts more than 500 installers. Working together, the organizations will develop solutions for installers to navigate real-world challenges and evolving project needs with confidence.
