Armstrong World Industries Purchases GC Products

Armstrong World Industries has acquired GC Products, increasing the company’s ability to meet growing demand for moulded ceiling, specialty wall and other interior and exterior products.

Founded in 2003, GC Products is a leading manufacturer of durable, custom architectural interior products made of glass fibre reinforced gypsum and cement.

The acquisition was funded with available cash.
