Ardex President Retires After Decades-long Service

Ardex Americas president Mike Crouch has retired after a nearly 25-year career with the company.

Crouch joined Ardex as part of the W.W. Henry Co. acquisition from Armstrong World Industries, where he served in corporate and international roles for more than 16 years. He was executive vice-president of W.W. Henry Co. from 2000-2010, followed by a two-year stint as vice-president and chief marketing officer for Ardex Americas before taking the helm as president. In this role, he was responsible for the Latin American division and Brazil.

During his tenure, Crouch helped drive business development and regional acquisitions, while helping to define corporate strategy and global marketing. Specifically, he was instrumental in the design and strategy build for the company’s tile and stone installation systems business. He also led the acquisition and development of Ceramfix, a joint venture partner in Brazil.
